Tasks you add stay in the box as reusable templates. Drag one onto the week as many times as you like (works with touch too). Tap a template to edit it; tap a task on the calendar to edit, recolour or delete just that one; drag a calendar task back to the box to remove it. Dashed tasks are for all the kids. On a phone, swipe the calendar left or right to change day, or drop a task on a day button.
